A comprehensive remodel of a simple, well-built 1940's home on the waterfront in the Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline. Our guiding principles were to use coastal cottage style to create a relaxed beach house with well framed Puget Sound views and clean lines bathed in daylight.
